Th,o cruisers Baltimore and Yorkton are ready to sail for Cuba in consequonce of tho disquieting reports regarding conditions there in connection with tho Cuban Presidential election. (Rec. October 30, 10.30 p.m.) , Havana, October 30. The Conservative leaders deny that there is any need for intervention by the United States. They state that further disturbances are not expected.
