' JBy Telczraph—Press Association—GopyrtEht (Rec. October 30, 11.30 p.m.) London, October 30. In the House of Commons, Mr. W. Redtaond suggested a deferred system of messages to Australia at the rate of ten words for 55., carrying a delay of 48 to 72 hours or longer. Mr. Samuel, Postmaster-General, replied that negotiations with the Pacific Cable ' Board and" the cable companies were nearly completed, and it was hoped that a cheaper system of week-end messages would be introduced, though it was impossiole to fix the charge as low as Mr. Redmond ■suggested. ,
