[Specially written for Tue Dominion.] MONDAY. Mulligatawny Soup. Boiled Neck of Motion. Parsley Sauce. Polatoc-. Carrots. Turnip!!. Coconut Pudding. , COCONUT 'PUDDING. On'o ounce breadcrumbs, lor., cakccruinbs, 2oz. coconut, loz. sugar, loz. butler, "14 gills of milk, 2 small eggs, a little vanilla essence. Put the coronut and milk into a saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes until the milk is absorbed. Cream the butter and sugar, and add the cake and breadcrumbs, the coconut, and the yolks of tho eggs. .Mix well and flavour with vanilla essence. Beat up the whites of the eggs stilTly, then mix lightly with tho other ingredients. Turn the mixture into a greased" bowl, cover with a greased paper and steam gently for about an hour. Turn the pudding on to a hot "dish and pour jam sauce round. 5 FOR TO-MORROW. Half a pound haricot beans, i fresh tomatoes', 1 beetroot, a piece of celery, stock, 21b. fillet of steak, freneh beans, gooseberries, suet.
