TSpeclally written for Tue Dominion.l SATURDAY. Vegetable soup. Boiled salt pork and peaso pudding, potatoes. Parsnips. Marmalade vermicelli pudding. SUNDAY. Julienne soup, Roast beef. Yorkshire pudding. Baked potatoes. Green peas. Haspbcrry pudding. Fruit tiirt. SUPPER. Cold beef. Lobster in aspic. Rhubarb jelly. Prune tartlets. MARMALADE VERMICELLI PUDDING. Throo ounces vermicelli, J pint milk, 2 6inall eggs, one tablospoonful marmalade, ono oxxneo raisins, ono ounce sugar. Cook tho vermicelli and milk until tender (about 2(1 minutes). Add tho stoned raisins, beaten-eggs, sugar, and marmalade. Turn into a grcasad bowl; cover with greased paper; steam gently about an hour. Turn out tho pudding, and pour over marmalade sauce.
