At the, Supreme Court to-day Rnma Timo, a Native, 15 years of ago, earns up for sentence on five charges—four of breaking and entering and theft, and one of horse-stealing at Dargavillo. The prisoner nvis sentenced to six mouths' imprisonment on each charge, tho sentences to be concurrent, and to be detained for reformative- treatment for a period not exceeding six years. Tho Harbour Board to-day decided to extend tho eastern mole by 500 feet by day labour.
