In all probability the first three wonl steamers to leave New Zealand next month with the first of the new season's wool for London will bo the Shaw-SayiU steamer Kia. Ora. the New Zealand Shipping Company's Tongariro, and the Tyser liner Whakarua. The three vessels named are expected to arrive Home in time for their cargoes to be included in ■ the January ealcs. SURREY'S MOVEMENTS. Tho F. and S. liner Surrey is expected to leave Auckland in continuation of her journey from Liverpool to Wellington tomorrow evening. She is due here late Monday night, or early Tuesday morning, and will land 26C0 tons of general cargo before proceeding to Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete. The Surrey then commences loading for Home, and will make calls at Tiniaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due back here on Xovcmber 25, and sails finally for Avonmouth. via Las I'aliuas, on November 29. MESS-TABLE GOSSIP. Mr. J.
