To-night Mr. W. H. Morton, City Engineer, will give a lecture on "Municipal Engineering, in St. Peter's Schoolroom, Ghuznee Street. The lecture, which will commence at 8 p.m., will bo given under the auspices of Hie Wellington I.C.S. Students' Association. There will l>e no charge for admission, and it is hoped that a larjo number will bo present. Mr. S. IT.
