FEILbING. At a meeting held oil Tuesday night, it was decided to form an amateur athletic clnb, separate from tho Harrier Club. There was a large attendance. Mr. Amadio's offer to coach tho runners was accepted. Mr. E. Goodbehere was elected, patron, and Mr. F. Pirani president. FEATHERSTON. At a meeting of tho Feathc-rston Horticultural and Industrial Society, held on Tuesday, the following officers wero elected :-Patron, Mr. W> C. Buchanan, M.P.; picsident, Mr. John Martin; executive committee, Messrs. J. W. Card, J, G. Cox, A. J. Toogood, T. V. Wilson, A. Tockc-r, C. Hurt, F. C. Everton, D. Goddnrd, A. C. Holms, E. A. Laerv, C 4. I'enwiclt, Mesdames G. Fenwick, D. Macdonald, 51. B. Tait, E. H. Saunders, Misses Cox, Goddard, and Toogood. It was decided to hold the usual spring show on November 11. Messrs. E. A. Leary and A. C. Holms will act as joint secretaries,
