At 7.35 p.m. the House went into Committee on the Land Laws Amendment Bill, of which twenty clauses had been approved the previous day. The House adjourned at 2.35 a.m.' The Defenco Amendment Bill was coniidered in the Legislative Council ycsterlay afternoon, the Council rising at 5.20
