FULLERS' PICTURES. A complete change of programme is announced for tho Skating Kink this evening. The new series consist of the latest productions arriving with Iho Vancouver mail tliis afternoon. Heading the bill is a dramatic production bv the Edison Co., entitled "The Belief of Lucknow," a film portraying this incident of the Indian Mutiny in 1857, and showing how tho besieged people of Lucknow were saved by the heroism of a volunteer whose valiant efforts brought relief. The troops wen. are from the 2nd Pnttalion Quc?n's Kcgimeiil — the celebrated "Queen's Own." "A Child's Remorse," by the American Biograph Company, "Win! the Doctor Ordered." "Pathos' Latest London Ciar.etto," and numerous other films will \v screened, and the whole combine tc make up two and a half hours, of excel lent entertainment. l THE ICING'S THEATRE. The current programme at the King's Theatre is one of special merit, and includes some excellent pictures of scenic, travel, and educational subjects. Hesides these is a thrilling dramatic study, "The French Spy." The >tory which this film unfolds is' constructed round splendid tableaux, beautiful costuming:, and ic acted amid natural scencvy. Other pictures nni "The .Mack Sheep," a story of n young man's temptation and redemption, and "Auuly's Remorse." The programme will bo repealed until further notice. THE NEW THEATRE. The New Thonire continuous pictures attracted numerous assemblages at yesterday ofternj.in and evening's fessions. "Alt Artist's Jlodel," which was the ehis'i :.f----traction, was successful owing to the c.-ip. livating nature of the plot, and the InvWi scale, on which the world was pridiiced. Tho supplementary films were in accordance with popular taste. The current .'pries will bo screened for the last lime today and to-night, and in response to ve(Hiests "One Hound U'liricn" (a mirthful A.B. comedy) will be revived at all fissions. Tho usual complete change, is announced for to-morrow. On Monday next the Chios Company's latest success, "A Sicilian Tragedy," will bo introduced. SHOIHT'S PICTURES. To-day is "change da>" at Shorlt's eotitinuous picture show in Willis Street. Besides oilier attractions, what is described ns a sensational detective drama, entitled "Nick Winter, or the Petrol Bandits," will be produced. It. tells of the escapades of the detective with a gang of thieves, who after many thrilling adventures manages to capture the whole gang. Other pictures of topical interest: will l» ehown from 11 a.m. till 11 p.m. to-day. EMPRESS THEATRE'. For the last tinio tho A.B. drama entitled "The Narrow Road" will lie produced at tho Empress Theatre to-dav and to-night. To-morrow a 'complete, change of programmo will t.iko place. Tho hidden lights of this theatre, which are quite, an innovation to Wellington audiences, have proved most successful. Tho theatre will be opon as usual from 11 a.m. till 11 p.m. to-dar.
