1 At 1.22 a.m. yesterday the City Fire Brigade received a call to a four-roonied cottage in Fetcr Street which was occupied by Mary Major and owned by Julia Hales. Tho building, which was severely damaged was insured in the Norwich Union Offices (or .£IOO and tho conteats in the Xew Zealand Office for JC9Q,
