TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for The Dominiok.l ' THURSDAY. Celery soup. Curried mutton. Potatoes. Beans. Brown bread pudding. Stewed rhubarb. Cream. BROWN BREAD PUDDING. Four ounces brown breadcrumbs, one and a half ounces butter, two ounces cluster suger, 2 eggs, ] gill milk, rind ot J lemon, pinches of mil meg and cinnamon, a little lemon juice. .Make the crumbs, grate the lemon rind, cream tho butter and sugar, add the yolks nf tho eggs and heat well. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, crumbs, and milk. Soak for a short time, then mix lightly the stifflywhipped whites of the eggs. Pour the mixture into a buttered tin or bowl. Sleam gently for -j to 1 hour. Turn tho pudding out and'serve. FOR TO-MOIfItOW. Slock. Two dozen oysters. Broadcrumbs. Schnapper. Rhubarb. Suet. Cream.
