Tho Citbitn Presidential election is pending, mid there is Brent excitement throu?hout the island. , Affairs in Mexico are also the cause of great anxiety. 'I'ho Bin?, revolutionary movement at: Vera Crux is nssumiiiß largo proportions, but the United States is still adhering to the policy of non-intervention, except where Americans are imperilled.
