p A SMALL DEFICIT. ' (Rec. October 23, 1.5 a.m.) By Telegraph—Press Association—Copjri2hl Sydney, October 22. The State Treasurer has delivered his Budget. Tho revenue for the year amounted to ,£10,973,000, and the expenditure to £17,000,000. The estimated revenue for the current year is £17,397,000, and the estimated expenditure £17,870,000. The taxation is increased by £270,000.
