A trophy has been donated to the Wairarapa and East Coast P. and A. Society, through Messrs. Lindop and Knutson. The-trophy has been valued at ,£2 10s., and has been awarded to the winner ofmost points in-tho milking classes, U4-153 inclusive—crossbreds, • dairy cows, and heifers. Points will bo counted in tho usual way.

At a meeting of the Wairarapa Rugby Union on Saturday-night, it was decided to amend the rules, making an appointment of a sole selector in place of three, as at present.
