A fishmonger named Simmons Veen arrested on a charge of robbing a jewellers' shop in Edgwaro Road, It is alleged that he and two other men, entered the shop, and, drawing revolvers, stole seme jewellery and escaped in a taxi-cab. ASPHYXIATION OF BANDITS. Paris, October 20. Successful experiments have been made with a cartridge that, when exploded in an enclosed area, will asphyxiate anybody in a few seconds.
