(Specially written for The Dominion*.] TUESDAY. Haricot Puree. Braised .Loin of Mutton. Potatoes. Spinach. Queen l'tiililiiii,'. JT.AIUCOT PITItJiK. One pint haricot beans, 1 snmll carrot, I teaspoonful peppercorns, I pint nvlk, II quarts water, 1 large onion, 1 blade mace, 1 stalk celery, 1 good teaspounful suit. Soak the beans in plenty of cold water over-night; drain, put them into a. saucepan with the cold water, and bring them gently to the. boil; add the onion, mace, celery, peppercorns, and carrot, pud simmer until the beans are tender; remove, the carrot, rub the beans through a wire sieve with a wooden spoon, pour back into flic saucepan; add tho milk and salt, and also a little fiiiely-uiinced parsley, if liked. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. 21b. Steak. Two Kidneys. Cabbage. Suet.
