DIVORCE LAW REFORM.
EQUALITY FOR BOTH SEXES. Bt Tcleßranh—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. October 20, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 19. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, president of the Divorce Reform Union, states that the union desires to make both sexes equal in tho matter of divorce, for which incurable lunacy, a sentence of penal servitude, and physical and mental cruolty should bo sufficient grounds. Tho union also desires to substitute divorce for separation.
