Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, president of the Divorce Reform Union, states that the union desires to make both sexes equal in tho matter of divorce, for which incurable lunacy, a sentence of penal servitude, and physical and mental cruolty should bo sufficient grounds. Tho union also desires to substitute divorce for separation.
