S.C., to Florence Mabel (Dotlie), second daughter of the late William Rathbone, "Abbotsford," Hawke's Bay, and Mrs. Rathbone, "Charnwood," Lower Hutt. HOGGARD—BILKEY— On September 18th, 1912, at St. Peter's Church, Wellington, by the Rev. Archdeacon Harper, Jack, eldest son of Thomas Hoggard, Oriental Bay, Wellington, to Muriel, eldest daughter of Henry Bilkey, of "The Bungalow," Fukekohe, Auckland.
