LABOUR MEMBER'S ALLEGATIONS. By Toleirrapti—Press Association— Copyright London, Octobcr 16. Mr. Philip Snowden, Labour member for Blackburn in the House of Commons, i asked Mr. Harcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether tho Victorian Government was recruiting engineers . when there was much unemployment in that industry in Victoria. Mr. Harcourt said some engineers had been engaged early in the year, but none during the past two months. If Victorian engineers were aggrieved they should approach the State Parliament. "
