SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for cloudy and misty weather, with rain, in most parts. Strong and variable winds will probably be experienced, with northerly windli predominating after about 24 hours. Easterly to. southerly winds, decreasing meanwhile. The barometer is unsteady—rising for a short time in the south, and falling temporarily in the north. Unsettled and gloomy weather has prevailed, with rain in most parts, and some heavy rails of enow in the south.
