[ A quantity of evidence was heaitl, and accused, who was represented by Mr. T. ■ M. Wilford, pleaded guilty, and was com- ■ mitted to the Supreme Court for sentence. Mr. Wilford asked permission that the • accused be brought before his Honour the ' Chief Justice "in the Supreme Court at 10 a.m. on Friday next.
