Fowlds will address a public meeting here on Monday night. The Presbyterian Church is holding a promenade concert and tea on Friday night in the Druids' Hall in aid of the Manse funds. . ■ Mr. J. Ilallam, with a hnndican of 2, was first in the competition on the* rifle range last Saturday.
