J REMARKABLE ALLEGATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (liee. October 15, 8 p.m.) Melbourne, October 15. An inquiry has beeu'opened into charges against tho management of the Infectious Diseases Hospital. Evidence was given that after a boy had been dead for a week his relatives were informed that he was improving. Tho wards were stated to be dirty and the child inmates improperly clad. The clothes of patients were merely fumigated and sent back unwashed. A further allegation was that bodies werfl dissected without the permission of relations.
