Half pound breadcrumbs, Jib. suet, 2iiz--. flouiy-lozs. moist sugar, 2 lemons, 2 eggs, Ij (fills of milk. Make the breadcrumb^; shred and chop the snot; finely. Mix all the dry ingredients in n bowl and add the grated lemon rind. Strain the lemon juice. Bent up tho eggs, add the milk, mid slip I lie ;?f(iii(l into the dry ingredients. Mix well; pom- the mixture into a greased bowl, cover with a buttered paper ami steam for about H hours. Turn the pudding on to a hot dish, ami pour round sweet melted butter. FOI! TO-MOllltOW.
