CONSERVATIVE VICTORY. ! By Tcleßrasli—Press Association— Copyright (Rec. October 14, 0.25 a.m.) Ottawa, October 13. The Conservatives won the bye-election for Macdonald, in Manitoba. The candidate favouring reciprocity with the United States, was overwhelmingly defeated. The Conservatives claim that the last nail has been driven in the coffin of reciprocity.
