Despite yesterday's decision of the Industrial Court, the. wharf labourers at the Newcastle and Hunter River Steamship Company's wharf refuse to work with constant hands. (Rec. October 13, 5.5 p.m.) The riotous disturbances at the Bingham mines continue. The strikers threaten vengeance on the strike-breakers. The Deputy-Sheriffs havo had frequent clashes \vith the strikers. .
