written for The Dominio.n.l MONDAY. Scotch Broth. Curried Mutton Cutkts. Potatoes. Cabbage. Baroness Pudding. Sweet .Melted Butter Sauce. BAKONES.S PUDDING. Half-pound flour, All>. suet, lib. stoned raisins, 1 egg, 1! gills milk, pinch of salt. Chop the suet finely, stone tho raisins, cut them in half, and mix them with tho flour, salt, and suet. Beat the egg, add the milk, and stir into Iho dry ingredients; mix well; tie in a floured cloth, and boil from four to five hours; when cooked, turn out and serve with sweet melted butter sauce. I'Oll TO-MORROW. Half-pint lentels. One ox-tail. Spinach. Rhubarb.
