The conferenoe of Italian, and Turkish Ministers at Ouchy has ended. It is reported that there is still a very slender ■tie, but it may hold. It is denied here that the hitch is serious. (Reo. Ootober 14, 0.30 a.m.) 1 London, October 13. , Renter reports that the hitch in the peace negotiations is due to Turkey desiring that the clauses favourable to her should 'operate forthwith, while those unfavourable to Turkey should await tho pttoman Parliament's ratification.
