Keiv Potatoes. Rhubarb Pie. Tvest?Riding Pudding Cream. SUPPER. Cold Lamb. Chiekm Patties. Salad. Coffee. Pudding. Fruit Jelly. CHICKEFpATTIEvS. Two ounces Cooked chicken, 2oz. cooked ham, 6 mushrooms, 1 gill thick white sauce, pepper, salt, _ eayenne, nnd a few drops of lemon juico, 1 tnblespoouful cream. Puff pastry cases. Have the puff pastry made. Rolf it out one-third of an incli in thickness, cut it in rounds, and lay on a wet tin. Brush over the tops with beaten egg, nnd mark the centres with a small cutter. Bake in a hot oven until well risen and firm, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the lids, scoop out any soft pastry inside, and dry off in the oven. Pilling: Cut tho chicken and ham into neat pieces, put them in a pan with tho sauce, mushrooms, and, seasoning, and heal thoroughly. Add tho cream, and fill the patty cases with tho mixture.
