INFORMATION FOB EMIGRANTS. By Teleemph-Press Association-ConyrieM (Rec. October 10, 11.35 p.m.) London, October 10. Messrs. Campbell and Sinclair, the Australian and New Zealand ropresentulives, were present at the opening session of the Imperial Trade Commission. Mr. Butler, chairman of the Emigrants' Information. Office, suggested that the- Australian and New Zealand Governments should send a. monthly cable message, showing what classes of labour were required and not required. The present statements were based on mailed reports, and contained diverse statements.
