Asquith, on Thursday, will propose.in tl)o, House :of Commons that' twenty-five days bo allotted to the committee, stage of the Home Rule Bill; five days to the report stage; and two to the third reading. . The Chairman of Committees will have ■power to select amendments to bo considered, and there will bo stringent precautions against disputatory motions by the Opposition. Tho Government expects the session to end by February 28 next.
