SALAR-ED-DOWLEH ROUTED. By Teleerapli—Pres3 Association—Copydcht • Tehoran, October 7. The forces of Salar-ed-Dowlch, uncle of tho Shah, who lias been leading a revolt for months past, hare been routed near Kermanshiili. It is reported that Salar-ed-Dowleh fled.
