SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present) indications are for increasing northerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere. A chance in weather conditions is probable shortly, the skies clouding over in many parts of the country and rain following later. The weather is unsettled in the northernmost aud southernmost districts, but a general improvement has been reported to-day with mild and hazy conditions.
