LINER SINKS IN THE ELBE.
* r* COLLISION WITH FLOATING DOCK. By Teleeranh—Press Association—CourrlKhl Berlin, October 6. The Hamburg-America Company's steamer Vandalia (4230 tons gross) collided with a Heating dock in the Elbe, and sank. The passengers were saved. Tho cook and carpenter, who were below at the time of the collision, were drowned. Later, the same company's Graecia (2709 tons) collided with the wreck, and had to be beached.
