NEAPOLITANS IN A FRENZY OF JOY. The yearly mirncle of tlio liquefaction of the blood of St. .Innunriiis in tho cathedral at Naples was accomplished recently. At the supreme moment guns wove tired and n "To Benin" sung. The bulls nenled all over (he city, and the Neapolitans, in n perfect frenzy of joy, applauded and shouted and wept tears | of hanpiiVss. They were convinced ofyimiminily for another year from the eruptions of Mount Vesuvius.
