A Belmont Wedding. On September 5, at tho residence of the bride's parents, "1 he Pines," Belmont, the marriage look place of .Mr. Charles John Dunbar Skinner, second son of the lato Mr. W. 11. Skinner, Wellington, to Miss Agnes Elizabeth Speedy, fourth daughter of .Mr. P. Speedy, Belmont.
