FOR VANCOUVER.
THE TRIAL SHIPMENT SENT. The Department orAso'icnltuve is to 1» coneratulatcd on. its DroniDtiludo in set-
ting an experimental shipment of eggs away by the Marama for Vancouver on .September 27. It is only a few weeks ago that the request was made, Mr. Bruer, of the Department, interesting himself in the undertaking, and supervised the preparation of the eggs. It is to bo hoped that tho trial will turn out a success. \aneouver opens up a large field for export, and prices are high, all through British Columbia. 'Should tho trial prove a success, an export trade is assured, which will give a great incentive to producers. There are many large producers who will willingly double, their plants and increase their output so long as there is an outlet for surplus supplies. Tho Government will do good service if they can increase our export trade in the Dominion by sending large quantities of eggs and poultry to foreign markets.
