FATALITY AT SUVA.
' Suva, October 4. Mr, William Shcppard, an Englishman nged 57, who camo from New Zcalani two months ago as mate of tho Islam steamer Ripple, has been found drowncc in' the harbour. Ho was seen in towi at night, and it is believed that he fel out of a dinghy while trying to reach : ship.
