Cruickshnnk) form*, ally recorded his verdict in tho recent tramway fatality resulting in tho death of Frederick Smith, "That deceased was accidentally killed while attempting to board a moving tramcar." Ho referred to tho contradictory nature of tho cvidoneo as to the length of time deceased was pinned under the 'car, and said that from tho records supplied by the tramway officials, supported by outside evidence, ho could not find it proved that deceased was under the car for moro than twenty minutes, andi probably a minuto or two less. However, in any case, tho sad length of timo, deceased was under tho car militated greatly against Qiis chance of re* covory. '■■
