Sherwood, jeweller, for material supplied and work done concerning the building of a ear-shed. Decision was for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs. Mr. ~R. Blair appeared for tho plaintiff, anil Mr. T. A. Neavc for tho defendant. Mr. Blair stated that the point at issuo was whether tho tenancy was a weekly or a monthljr arrangement.
