Sherwood, jeweller, for material supplied and work done concerning the building of a ear-shed. Decision was for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs. Mr. ~R. Kennedy appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. 'JVC. A. Hislop for the defendant. A RENT MATTER, W. H. Ballinger sued AV. H. Wright for £5 Bs. 4d., as money due for r«nt, in Ireii of notice. . Mr. A. Blair appeared for tho plaintiff, anil Mr. T. A. Neavc for tho defendant. Mr. Blair stated that the point at issuo was whether tho tenancy was a weekly or a monthljr arrangement. His Worship decided in favour of do. fendant, who declared that he wns only bound to eive a week's notice. Tho claim was disallowed. UNDEFENDED CASES.
