At a meeting held hore last night it was decided to form an Axemen's Association, and hold a carnival with liberal prize-money between Christmas nnd New Year. The local drapers' assistants have formed an industrial union, which is registered under the Arbitration Act. A conference with the employers will be held in a few days to avoid Arbitration Court
