Sutton, Garnet, younger son of James Arrowsmith, uf Manchester, England, to Gladys Stops, 'Siiird daughter of the late Alfred Perry, of Hnnterville, and of Mrs. Perry, 25 Summer Street, Stanley Bay, Devonport.
