J At the conclusion of tho Ulster Day r celebrations at Moy, Tyrone, n conflict occurred between rival Nationalist and Protestant processions, and lasted an hour. Stones and bottles were used as missiles, and there were a number of revolver shots fired. The police wero overpowered, and two constables wero seriously injured. Finally the police returned to the Larracks and obtained weapons, afterwards r making a bayonet charge. A number of ' casualties are reported. SIGNING OF THE COVENANT, a London, September 29. Upwards of two thousand Ulstermen in Dublin have signed the Covenant. Sir Edward Carson will continuo the anti-Home liulo campaign in England and Scotland.
