Dr. Irving Fisher, Professor of Political Economy at Yalo University, in a paper at Hip International Chambers of Commerce Conference at Boston, said it was necessary to consider Hi" remarkable increaso in the cost of living throughout the world. He suggested that tho weight of the gold dollar should lio increased in order to increase its purchasing power.
