FURNITURE.
"THAT WILL DO, MR. MOFJARTT.". An application was made by the Wellington Furniture Union to have the following parties added to the award:—J. F. Turner, Wellington; E. K. Howe, Wellington; G. H. Lyster, Wellington South; W. Chapman-Taylor, Wellington; J. E. Croft, Lower Hutt; Korling and Qninn, Khandallah; and Taylor and Gray, Martinbdrougli. Mr. D. Moriarty appeared for the union, while Mr. W. A. W. Grenfell appeared, and raised objection on behalf-of Campbell and Bnrke, W. Chapman-Taylor, and Norling: and Quinn. After hearing the evidence of the secretary of the union, the Court made an order ; joining all .the parties, with the exception of Campbell • and Burke, who were struck out. Mr. Moriarty: May I ask a question, vonr Honour? _ His Honour: The order is made* Mr. Moriarty. That is an end of the matMr. Moriarty: Yes, but, your Honour _ m . His Honour (holding up his hand): Thai will do, Mr. Moriarty. We cant heai pou any further, the order is made. Mr. Monajty retired.
