At the .Mount Cook Police Court yesterday, before Mr. T. S. Lambert, Everlnnd Butler was declared to be nn habitual drunknrd, nlso a prohibited perfon, and was fined 40s„ the nlternnlivo being fixed at 0110 month's imprisonment. One first offender, who was oil bail and who did not appear, was fined the amount of his bail'(10?.), in .default 4S hours' detention. Two first offenders were admonished, convicted, and discharged. . . '
