Gallichan was in tlio chair, and thirty members wore present. According .to the annual report and balance-sheet; which w'ero adopted, the assets to date amounted to.JCISK 17s. , ' During the evening tho president present--pd tlie cluli ?ecrotary (Mr. W. G. Fi'llinsliam) willi a cheque, the presentation lwinp subscribed to by every member in. the club. The secretary suitably reulipd ; - Mr. IT. Marshall (president of tlio Karori Hifle Club) paid a Visit to the club.apd, was welcomed b.v the president, who took the opportunity of tlianking Mr. Marshall for his assistance to tho club in, securing tho "Daily Mail" Cups. Mr. Marshall thanked the president and members for their kind reuia'rk?, and trusted (lint the two clubs would foster the good 1 feeling shown towards him 011 his first visit to the,' Suburbs Club.
