TEN LIVES IN ONE DAY. By Teiegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, September 24. The increasing fatalities through motorpropelled vehicles are arousing a demand for greater restrictions, in regard to speed. Ten persons were killed yesterday in London and the provinoes.
