The "Daily Telegraph" states that the Brussels War Office has learned that the French Army Staff has altered its Avar plans as the result 'of the 1911 war ecare. Hitherto the first and second French Army Corps were' to be ordered immediately on the outbreak of war to Italy on the eastern frontier to repel an invasion by the Vosges Mountains. In future they will be ready to dash to the Belgian frontier, whero the Belgians will assist them if la German invasion takes place.'
